We compare ReplyBox to WPDiscuz, two comment plugins for site owners. While WPDiscuz is customizable but costly, ReplyBox offers essential features in a single monthly fee and prioritizes privacy. ReplyBox is the better option for most users.

What we’ve always valued as such a great feature, is the ability to like a comment, sometimes it’s not required to leave a comment but you want to leave your feedback as a member of the community without adding noise to the conversation.

This is functionality that we've been wanting to release for sometime and we're happy to say it's finally released and stable. As a ReplyBox admin you can pin any comment to the top of the comment section.

We've recently introduced a new UI menu to each comment, this will be where some up and coming features will be added, but firstly, we added simple share buttons.

We've recently added the "Reply" button in for unauthenticated users from some feedback we had. Users were sometimes scrolling long comment sections and when they were triggered to reply, they couldn't find how to reply, this is because "Reply" in the comment system only displays once you are authenticated.

We had a recent request where the commenters of the ReplyBox were not uploading a profile picture. The website owner didn't really like the look of the initials we fallback to so asked if they could upload an image if the commenters do not have an avatar uploaded.

You've been able to sign-in to the ReplyBox embed with social logins for a long time now, this means you are effectively signing up to the app with a Twitter or Google account.

Whist using the comments embed on different websites we noticed that most users probably don't know they can access the ReplyBox app dashboard to see an overview of all their comments.
